Step One
A loan coordinator assists you to understand your goals in refinancing or purchasing a home. The loan coordinator, with your authorization will review your credit.
Step Two
Your application is generated and an appraisal is ordered. Once the completed application is returned to RLS, with the documents listed below, and the appraisal is received, the title work is ordered.
Step Three
The completed title work and appraisal are added to the documents received in Steps one and two. All of the information is then sent to our underwriting department. Here, your application will be conditionally approved or additional information will be requested.
Step Four
Upon final approval, your information is forwarded to our closing department. Documents and instructions for closing are prepared and sent to the settlement agent. The settlement agent will contact you to arrange the closing date and time.
Step Five
The Closing.
Final documents are signed and funds are disbursed in accordance to Federal regulations.

Two years W-2’s
Most recent two pay stubs
Last two months bank statements for all accounts
If you currently have a loan: lender’s name, address, and account #
Charge cards: account #, minimum payment amount, current balance
If you are a first time homebuyer: one year canceled rent checks
Copy of valid drivers license
